« Kotoni 1 » conference room
The room is situated on the underground floor ( – 1 ), and has a capacity of 70 people. It can be used for private events as well as summits, conferences and educational purposes.

« Kotoni 2 » Business room
The room is situated on the ground floor, and has a capacity of 10 people. This room can be booked for private lunches and business meetings, conferences and other events. Whenever booked for private luncheons, « Kotoni 2 » conference room can be decorated according to your desires with flowers or extra commodities on a price agreed prior to reservation. Our à la carte restaurant dishes are proposed on their normal prices and a waiter will be at your disposal during the lunch.

Coffee break including American coffee, tea, milk, biscuits and cookies costs 2 euro per person.
One bottle of natural water 50 ml per person and all taxes are included in prices above. All the other beverages proposed by our Bar-Lounge are available upon demand; the bar prices are applicable.
